Black Fang Apparel is a small independent Newquay operation making dog products, clothing and prints with lino, ink, illustration and a healthy distrust of beige pet branding.
It started with a sketch of a scruffy dog, a borrowed lino roller and the idea that dog gear could feel more like something from a tattoo shop wall or the merch table at a basement show. Everything is still designed here, carved here and packed by hand in Newquay.
SLOWER ON PURPOSE.
Small runs let us choose better blanks, test the print properly and stop making a design when it has had its moment. We would rather sell out than fill a warehouse.
CORNISH, NOT TOURISTY.
Newquay gets into the work through salt, weather, cliffs, pub floors and Fistral swell. No souvenir-shop anchors required.
