What we collect, why we need it and how we keep it under control.
When you order or contact us, we may receive your name, email, delivery and billing address, telephone number, order details and messages. Payment card data will be handled directly by the selected payment provider when checkout is connected; Black Fang Apparel will not store full card details.
We use personal information to fulfil orders, answer questions, prevent fraud, meet our legal and accounting duties and—only with permission—send product news. We rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent as appropriate.
Information is shared only where needed with service providers such as delivery companies, hosting, email and future payment partners. We do not sell personal information.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to certain uses or withdraw marketing consent by emailing hello@blackfangapparel.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
We keep order records only as long as required for service, tax and legal purposes. We use access controls, HTTPS and limited data collection, but no online service can promise absolute security.
