BLACK FANG APPAREL / HELP
The practical agreement between the shop and the person placing the order.
An order becomes binding when payment is accepted and we send confirmation. Until live payment is connected, the preview checkout does not create or charge an order. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or delivery information is incorrect.
Ink coverage, texture and registration vary naturally between hand-pulled prints. These differences are part of the process and are not faults. Product colours may also vary slightly between screens.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges and the available service are displayed before payment. Dispatch estimates are targets rather than guarantees, though we will contact you if a significant delay occurs.
Your cancellation, return and faulty-goods rights are explained in our Returns Policy and are not reduced by these terms. Personalised products have different cancellation rules unless faulty.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, we are responsible only for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
