30-DAY RETURNS
You may return an unused, unworn item within 30 days of delivery. Products must be clean, free from dog hair and returned with their original tags and packaging where possible.

RETURNS POLICY
Wrong size, changed your mind, or your dog refuses to cooperate? Here is how returns work.
STARTING A RETURN
Email hello@blackfangapparel.co.uk with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will reply with the return address and packing instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
RETURN POSTAGE
Unless an item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, return postage is your responsibility. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until your refund has been completed.
HAND-PRINTED & PERSONALISED ITEMS
Standard hand-printed products may be returned if they meet the conditions above. Personalised, custom-made or altered items cannot normally be returned unless faulty. Natural differences in lino texture and ink coverage are not faults.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photographs. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund and cover reasonable return postage where required.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the return. Original standard delivery charges are refunded where required by UK consumer law; upgraded delivery costs are not.
